I remember riding to the Peterborough station once on a school field trip. I’m not exactly sure what my class did in Peterborough, but I do remember wanting to wear a uniform (navy pinafore dress plus a button-up shirt), even though uniforms were not at all mandatory at our school at the time. I just wanted to dress up.
